Milford Lions Spring Porchetta – March 25, 2025

This year’s spring Porchetta was a huge success in thanks largely to Lou Piazza (Piazza Catering) along with Pat Deluca and Kevin Welch cooking up an amazing meal to feed 132 guests. There was 100 lbs. of Porchetta served along with 90 lbs. of roasted potatoes, 37 whole roasted chickens, 5 large tins of Macaroni, two huge bowls of salad as well as two sheet cakes. Lou and crew outdid themselves!

We want to also thank all the participants who purchased meal tickets and also John Mainini on the bar.

Special thanks to Lion Mark Wyspianski for always putting together an amazing event. And of course, to the wonderful donations for raffles that make this event fun as well, thank you Dwight Watson, Lenny Morcone, John Minichiello, Adam Hicks, Andy Fiske and Charlie Harris.
